Temporary Human Resources Manager

Our client, a PR and consulting firm, is looking for a temporary Sr. Human Resources Manager to support their office. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have the ability to maintain a high level of discretion, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

This role starts asap will last for about 6 months, covering a leave.

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

*Hybrid

Location: Midtown

Responsibilities:

-Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees at all levels.
-Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
-Lead talent initiatives, including reporting, DEI, and mentor programs.
-Execute projects with strong management skills, ensuring timely milestones, prioritization, and escalation when needed.
-Provide guidance to leadership on performance and talent management.
-Collaborate with HR & Americas leadership to design development plans.
-Build strong relationships with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and specialized teams
-Continuously improve processes to enhance the employee experience and efficiency.
-Stay informed on trends and propose innovative solutions for healthy organizations and teams.
-Ensure compliance with HR regulations in partnership with Legal.
-Mentor HR team members and foster a high-performing culture.
-Maintain accurate employee records, including job descriptions and promotion letters.
-Ad hoc projects as needed


Qualifications:

-Minimum of 8 years experience in HR
-Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
-Strong MS Office and Excel skills
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Strong communication skills, proactive, strong sense of urgency
-Detail oriented, with advanced organizational and time management skills
