Senior Creative Lead

Our client, a Marketing Agency based in Long Island City is looking to hire a Senior Creative Lead on a freelance basis, ASAP!

This role is 4x onsite in Long Island City!

Responsibilities:
- Create content from ideation to execution focusing on visual identity, brand voice, and engagement. This includes concepting, planning, producing, and editing.
- Monitor digital emerging trends to adapt to brand narratives
-  Ensure content undergoes rigorous post-production process -- image selection, video editing, retouching, QA
- Adhere to tight schedules & work with internal team to manage timelines

Requirements:
-  4-5+ years of experience in creating and producing paid and organic social content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut.
- Proficiency in Photo, Video, and Studio Camera operations
- Awareness of emerging and current social media landscape
- Ability to work in a fast paced and versatile environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in managing a production budget
