Executive Assistant – Private Equity


Our client, a prestigious global private equity firm, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and two VPs on their Investment Team.

Location: Midtown East, NYC – Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with flexibility as needed
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus

Ideal Candidate:

  • 8–10+ years of solid EA experience, must have finance industry experience.
  • Proven longevity in previous roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Extremely professional, polished, and poised.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of success in similar settings.
  • Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks and anticipate potential problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management across 3 Outlook calendars.
  • Extensive global travel coordination for the MD, who is frequently on the road.
  • Expense report management using Concur.
  • Provide occasional personal assistant support for the MD (approximately 20% of the role).
