Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
A Dallas-based client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for both business and personal matters. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support, including note-taking, scheduling, and calendar management
- Ensure the principal stays on time for appointments and deadlines
- Coordinate personal and business-related events, invitations, and guest lists
- Manage and update spreadsheets for dinners, events, and travel logistics
- Organize family and group travel, including itinerary planning and packing assistance
- Handle gift-giving, including monthly gifts, holiday cards, and special occasions
- Assist with research on events, restaurants, and exhibits, providing recommendations
- Maintain organization in the household, including seasonal closet management
- Process and reconcile credit card receipts and manage expenses
- Greet guests warmly and oversee hospitality during events
- Accompany the principal on domestic and international travel as needed
- Run errands, place online orders, and handle last-minute requests
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Mac, Microsoft Excel, Word, and iPhone communications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs
- Discreet, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience in private households or yachts preferred
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for events
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM, with flexibility for special events and evolving needs.
