Graphic Design Manager

Our client, a popular cosmetics brand is seeking a talented Graphic Design Lead to oversee and manage a small remote team of designers. In this role, you will report directly to the Brand President and collaborate with multiple teams to ensuring top-quality visual content across packaging, digital assets, and in-store displays. The ideal candidate will bring their experience of leading teams and attention to detail to transform ideas into polished and impactful designs.

This is a HYBRID role requiring the selected candidate to be able to work onsite 3 days a week. Temp-to-hire.

Rate: $50-65/hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, support, and manage a team of graphic designers
• Oversee the creation of visual content for packaging, emails, digital banners, and retail displays
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and copywriting teams on creative concepts
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and proper reviews
• Approve design work and maintain high standards of creativity and quality
• Develop design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on design best practices

Qualifications:
• Minimum 7+ years of graphic design experience
• At least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity and design excellence
• Proficiency in design and project management tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle creative feedback effectively
• Well-versed in modern digital platforms
