Director of Ecommerce

Our client, a luxury womenswear brand, is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to join their team!

Responsibilities:

-Lead ecommerce team and customer service associates
-Develop and execute digital ecommerce strategy
-Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs
-Research and analyze consumer behavior
-Work cross-functionally on product launches and promotions
-Oversee external web development and UX partners
-Track and analyze performance metrics and monitor KPIs
-Manage digital product development and testing
-Identify new revenue streams
-Optimize SEO, product listings, descriptions, and images
-Improve site navigation, search functionality, and category management


Qualifications:

-8-10+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably within large DTC brands
-Highly analytical
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, AI and eCommerce technologies
-Strong project management skills
-Prior experience leading and building a team
