Digital Marketing Director - Innovative Hospitality Group

Our client, a global innovative hospitality group, is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join their team in Chicago, IL! The Digital Marketing Director will play a critical role in leading and building the company website and conversion strategy, while being responsible for the entire digital journey.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-converting web journey.
- Lead paid media efforts while driving strong results and KPIs.
- Optimize SEO, including site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and editorial content.
- Support domestic growth through site development.
- Plan and implement data-driven testing to optimize and personalize the web experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the most up-to-date information.
- Develop a plan to grow opt-in databases for email and drive viewership on websites.
- Continuously innovate to find new ways to connect with and motivate guests.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing digital marketing. Experience in “eatertainment” is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing plans from conception to implementation.
- Ability to lead within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demanding timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience sourcing and maintaining web platforms.
- Experience with managing all digital/web legal requirements.
