Account Executive

Our client, a luxury womenswear brand, is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team in New York!

Responsibilities:‍

• Coordinate line sheet photoshoots, ensuring all styles are shot and accounted for
• Coordinate all market prep logistics, including florals, catering, sample deliveries/unpacking, and printing line sheets, lookbooks, and client selling materials.
• Upload pricing and images into JOOR to build and merchandise digital linesheets.
• Manage appointment documentation into JOOR, sending end-of-day recaps, following up on orders, and entering authorizations into RLM.
• Organize sample deliveries, print line sheets, and prep showroom materials for appointments.
• Manage and mentor seasonal interns.
• Send ATS reports and coordinate reorders.
• Participate in store visits, trunk shows, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in fashion wholesale, showroom support, or sales coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both internally and client-facing
• Proficient in JOOR, RLM, and Microsoft Excel

$60,000-$80,000 commensurate of experience
