Administrative Assistant – Global Private Investment Firm
Our client, a prestigious global private investment firm, is seeking a Administrative Assistant (Floater) to join their support team. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively partner with key stakeholders while managing calendars, travel plans, and other critical initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team at a top-tier firm!
Location: Greenwich, CT – In-office: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base + bonus and overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Set up and manage conference room calendars.
- Maintain complex executive calendars.
- Arrange international and domestic travel plans and itineraries.
- Submit and track expense reports.
- Maintain a neat and well-stocked office space.
- Provide reception coverage as needed.
- Offer administrative support to teams as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable and adaptable to last-minute schedule changes.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- CT Notary License preferred.
