Email Production Specialist

Our client, a global entertainment and gaming company is in need of an Email Production Specialist to assist them with the creation and execution of impactful CRM email campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with teams across their global offices to build, test, and optimize emails.

Must be able to work ONSITE in Orange County, CA in a hybrid capacity.

Pay: $ 35-50/hr

Responsibilities:
• Build and execute CRM email campaigns using HTML, design assets, and segmentation.
• Optimize email workflows and delivery strategies to drive performance.
• Collaborate with teams to create localized emails that align with the game experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to increase engagement and campaign success.
• Work with international teams to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of experience in email production and marketing automation.
• Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and email tools (Movable Ink, Figma, Adobe CC).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design and production.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or similar.
• SQL knowledge is a big plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
