Menswear Designer

Our client, a leading global sportswear brand, is seeking a Designer to oversee the full design process for men’s knits and sweaters. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented designer with strong creative vision and expertise in 3D Browzwear to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development, trend research, and market analysis to create innovative, trend-forward designs.
• Manage the full design process, from sketches and CAD creation to final production.
• Develop and update best-selling styles while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and price points.
• Utilize 3D Browzwear for digital design and visualization.
• Oversee fabric, trim, and color development, approving lab dips and strike-offs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical Design, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Attend fittings, implement design adjustments, and maintain clear communication of updates.
• Maintain all design assets, including PLM updates, BOMs, and trim sheets.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with seasonal merchandising goals.
• On-site role (5 days/week); some travel may be required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D Browzwear.
• Deep knowledge of men’s silhouettes, fabrications, trims, and construction.
• Strong sense of color, print, and trend forecasting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
