Graphic Designer - Beauty/Cosmetics Brand

Our client, a leading cosmetics brand is seeking a Graphic Designer (Print/Digital). The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented designer with strong visual storytelling skills, a keen eye for elevated aesthetics, and a solid understanding of print, packaging, and digital best practices. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of brand campaigns, in-store experiences, and marketing content across multiple platforms.

Location: Culver City

Schedule: On site, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Design impactful content across print and digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand identity.
  • Partner closely with the Art Director, Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams to bring product launches and strategic initiatives to life through thoughtful design.
  • Concept and execute packaging, PR mailers, product renderings, in-store displays, campaign graphics, and digital assets.
  • Lead the development of campaign collateral and booth/event graphics in both 2D and 3D formats.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while contributing to the evolution of visual systems and storytelling across all channels.
  • Prepare print-ready files, manage color matching, proofing, and ensure the highest production quality.
  • Manage project workflows using Monday.com, staying on top of timelines, feedback, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with print vendors and external partners to ensure design excellence and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of design experience in print and packaging; beauty industry experience preferred.
  • AA/BFA/BS in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of die-lines, print production, rendering, and mockups.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and modern design trends.Excellent communication skills and an ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable working through multiple rounds of revisions with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

  • You’ve designed experiential or event-related materials.
  • You have experience developing data-informed visual content for digital marketing.
  • You stay ahead of trends and consistently push creative boundaries.
