Store Manager

Our client, a women's apparel brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Georgetown! You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the store by leading the sales and inventory team, overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning inventory and profitability goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the important elements of brand strategy and translating them into an innovative and fun retail environment.
  • Leading, coaching, and training sales staff to drive excellent customer experience, educate customers about the brand, and achieve sales goals.
  • Managing schedules and performance of store staff to ensure constant coverage.
  • Overseeing inventory management and communicating inventory needs daily to corporate office to ensure constant availability of key styles.
  • Assisting in producing and executing store events.
  • Providing product knowledge on new arrivals to the retail team.
  • Driving business through reacting to customers’ needs and wants.
  • Running reports that help the store and corporate teams understand sales demand, inventory levels, and merchandising.
  • Overseeing store merchandising and making sure the store is well kept at all times.
  • Liaising with corporate team to promote brand awareness on social platforms.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales, ops, inventory, and staff in-store for fashion and/or accessories brands.
  • Motivated and creative thinker who is eager to grow with the team.
  • Expert customer service abilities; demonstrated passion for creating an unforgettable client experience.
  • Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekend and holidays.

$90k-95k + bonus, FT on site
