Digital Asset Manager

A leading entertainment studio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Specilist to join their Business Operations Integrated Services team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the successful rollout of our new Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Screeners systems, supporting cross-functional teams across the organization during this key transformation.



Key Responsibilities:‍

• Partner with the Business Operations Integrated Services team to support the go-live of the DAM + Screeners rollout.
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate asset migration, metadata mapping, and reporting.
• Work closely with the MPG Marketing Operations team to manage the transition from legacy systems and support the onboarding of two new platforms.
• Provide ad-hoc support to MPG marketing teams as needed throughout the implementation process.
• Oversee the migration of remaining assets from legacy systems into the new DAM and Screeners platform.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate asset migration and system integrity.
• Coordinate with MPG Marketing to ensure external vendors have appropriate and secure access to content.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with digital asset management systems or large-scale content management platforms.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially around data integrity and quality assurance.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in media, entertainment, or marketing operations is a plus
