Store Manager
Our client, a high-end children’s boutique, known for its Parisian-inspired elegance, exceptional quality, and timeless designs, is seeking a Store Manager to lead its East Hampton location. This role is ideal for a driven, service-minded leader with a deep appreciation for luxury retail and a talent for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the boutique to ensure excellence in client service and store presentation
Lead and motivate a small seasonal team (2 part-time keyholders May–September), with no direct reports in the off-season (October–April)
Drive sales through clienteling, networking, and community outreach, especially within the local family and parent demographic
Ensure proper inventory levels and visual merchandising that reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic
Manage store scheduling, payroll, reporting, and compliance with internal standards
Act as a brand ambassador at all times, delivering an exceptional in-store experience
Partner with corporate on product assortment and performance insights
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or children's fashion
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
Experience in client development and CRM strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in POS and inventory systems; knowledge of Cegid and Excel a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Passion for premium products and providing outstanding customer experiences
