RTW CAD Designer

Our client, a high-end womenswear brand, is looking for a RTW CAD Designer to join their team!


Responsibilities:

• Create detailed front and back CADs, including tech packs and measurements.
• Collaborate directly with the lead designer on concept through execution of the collections.
• Develop CADs quickly and accurately and must be able to work with speed and minimal supervision.
• Wear multiple hats and adapt to the needs of a small, dynamic team.
• Support working on multiple seasons.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail while working under tight timelines.

Qualifications:‍

• 3–4 years of CAD design experience, preferably in RTW.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating full tech packs with accurate measurements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize projects in a fast-moving environment.
• "Can-do" attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to hit the ground running — you can do CADs "with your eyes closed."
• Prior experience working in small businesses or start-up environments preferred.
