Children's Wear Designer

Our client, a high-end women's brand is looking for a Children's wear Designer to join their team!


Requirements:

• Prior experience designing for a children’s apparel brand.
• Familiar with compliance, safety standards, and regulations for children’s clothing.
• Ability to handle full design process: CADs, tech packs, and sizing.
• Focus on older toddler to tween age range (2–11 years old).
• Comfortable working at a small to mid-sized company, wearing multiple hats.
• Ability to design using existing fabrics and prints from the main collection.
• Excited to build and launch a new kidswear category from scratch.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional children's apparel design experience.
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and tech design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of children’s sizing standards and garment construction.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills to work across design, production, and leadership teams.
