Q: What words do you live by?
A: Honesty, integrity, and loyalty.
Q: What do you think makes someone a good recruiter?
A: I think being a good recruiter takes an innate ability to read people and know who they are, what they want, and what they would be good at, and matching those characteristics with the right job.
Q: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
A: I think one of the best pieces of advice I’ve received—or would give to someone else—is to be who you are. Be your natural, true self, and don’t waiver from that. Stick with who you are, what you are, and what you believe, and be honest and genuine in your approach to everything.
Q: What’s a fun fact people may not know about you?
A: Well, people do know this, but I’m a big animal lover. I love all animals, dogs in particular. And more in particular – small dogs.
Q: Cover letter or no cover letter and why?
A: It really depends on the job you’re applying to, but if you’re going write one, it needs to be brief, concise, and to the point. No more than two short paragraphs. No one wants to read a regurgitation of your resume in a cover letter.
