Q: What words do you live by?

A: I would say that I live by, “Try to stay positive no matter what is thrown at you.” I’ve always grown up being a positive and optimistic person, and I think that’s gotten me to where I am today.

Q: Best place for lunch in LA?

A: That’s a tough one… I think my top three places I usually go to are sweetgreen, Eataly, and Greenleaf. So, out of those three, I would say sweetgreen.

Q: What do you think makes you a good recruiter?

A: I’m really diligent, and I try to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients. I think that relationship building is the most important thing, because if you don’t have that relationship with the people you work with, you can’t connect with them and do the job well.

Q: What’s a fun fact people may not know about you?

A: I’m super flexible. I was a gymnast, and I’m still extremely flexible, so I do a lot of yoga.

Q: Cover letter or no cover letter and why?

A: You know, it depends on the job, but a lot of employers expect it nowadays, so I would say cover letter. But if you submit a cover letter, keep it short and sweet, and list your top three career accomplishments.
