Alexa Marciano

Born and raised in New York City, Alexa Marciano began her career in fashion and marketing. After recruiting with a beauty agency on the West Coast, she realized she had finally found her passion. Now, with 10 years of experience in recruiting and client partnerships in the creative space, Alexa leads on the team at Syndicatebleu as Managing Director. Her favorite part of recruiting is getting to make connections with so many talented individuals. Her best piece of advice for job seekers is to treat your job search like you would a campaign or project: brand yourself, market yourself, and identify a mission statement that aligns with who you are and what you bring to the table. Outside of the office, Alexa enjoys going to concerts, studying art, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
