Aliyah Hoff

Aliyah Hoff loves working with others and building strong connections. She is passionate about recruiting because she knows how much of an impact she can have on someone’s life and is motived to find her candidates their dream jobs. Aliyah’s best piece of advice for a job seeker is to do your research and to be knowledgeable about the company that you are pursuing. She seeks out candidates who are reliable, driven, and transparent. Before coming on to the team at Career Group Companies as an Account Manager, Aliyah graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Outside of work she loves to try new restaurants, spend time with her family and friends, and hang out with her cat, Mango.
