Allie Rubin

Allie Rubin always knew she wanted to build meaningful relationships through her work. Prior to joining Career Group Companies as a Business Development Associate, Allie worked in sales and client relations in a variety of industries including consulting and health and wellness. She loves getting to know the individuals she works with and believes prioritizing their needs is critical to forming an authentic relationship. She attended the University of Dayton and graduated with a degree in Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. Outside of work Allie enjoys cheering on Chicago sports teams and playing and coaching field hockey.
