Annie Papp is an Executive Vice President at Career Group Companies, where she leads the New York office and plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations across the East Coast. Since beginning her recruiting career in 2007, Annie has been instrumental in expanding Career Group’s footprint, including helping to launch the Miami office in 2020.

A strategic leader with a keen eye for identifying and building teams, Annie has hired and developed dozens of high-performing recruiters and account executives, helping to cultivate a culture of excellence across her teams. Her expertise in team structuring, client management, and sales has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor for clients across industries. Annie finds immense fulfillment in mentoring her team members and takes pride in watching the talent she’s developed grow their careers within Career Group Companies. In addition to her leadership and mentoring efforts, Annie works closely with the rest of the executive team to drive business development and enhance client services. Annie holds degrees in Psychology and English Literature from Roger Williams University. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children in Connecticut and staying active on the tennis court.
