Camryn Shiroma began her recruiting career out of a passion for helping people start new chapters in their lives. She enjoys connecting with candidates, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them toward roles that align with their goals. Her advice to job seekers is that "tenacity is key," encouraging them to stay persistent in pursuing their dreams. Camryn values a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills in the candidates she works with. She earned her Bachelor’s in Classics from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and her Master’s from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, she enjoys scrapbooking, crocheting, and playing video games with her sister and friends.
