Courtney Payne has a passion for connecting with people and solving challenging problems. Before joining the team at Syndicatebleu, Courtney worked in creative direction and graphic design. Courtney discovered her love for recruiting as a hiring manager within the creative space and now holds over 7 years of recruiting experience. Her favorite part of this line of work is the connections she has been able to build and all the unique learning opportunities that come with such dynamic relationships. Her best advice for any job seeker is to use your network and to know your worth. While she is recruiting, Courtney seeks out self-awareness, consistency, and polish in her candidates. Courtney holds a degree in Graphic Design from Kansas State University and outside of work she enjoys cooking, fitness, and anywhere with good friends and good food.
