As Director of Recruitment and Client Partnerships at Syndicatebleu, Emma Hayes plays a pivotal role in the success of the Full-Time division in New York. Since joining Syndicatebleu in 2015, Emma has built meaningful relationships with candidates and clients spanning a range of industries, including DTC, Consumer, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Luxury, Creative, Advertising, Design, Finance, Real Estate, Tech, Creator Space, Hospitality, Fast-Growing Startups, and more. She partners with industry leaders and founders to scale their teams from C-Suite to Coordinator level. Emma Hayes graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and a minor in Writing. Before joining Syndicatebleu, Emma gained valuable experience working in Italy for a small luxury shoe brand, as well as a luxury fashion brand and leading art auction house. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and galleries, and is passionate about leading meaningful projects for a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children in Ghana by providing access to education.
