Based out of our Miami office, Felix Kadirov brings over 10 years of sales, business development, and recruitment experience to the Career Group Companies team, specializing in executive level and finance recruitment. Prior to CGSearch, Felix served as a Practice Manager for a global recruitment firm where he focused exclusively on recruiting senior level finance talent within the professional services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Felix holds a B.A. in Business Management from Hofstra University and has an extensive background in business development and partnering with clients on talent advisory, growth and recruitment strategies.
