Gil Barkon

Gil Barkon began with Career Group Companies in 2012 as one of the founders of Career Group Search (formerly Avenue Pacific). Gil now serves as Managing Director of our executive search practice, specializing in building executive teams and placing top-tier talent in Finance, Accounting, IT, and C-level roles. Prior to joining the team at CGSearch, Gil worked as a lawyer on Wall Street and in real estate investment and private equity. Gil holds a B.A. from Brandeis, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. In his free time Gil enjoys spending time with his family.
