Grace Ballard

Before joining the team at Career Group, Grace Ballard discovered her passion for recruiting while working as an outreach coordinator for an organization during her time at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is passionate about this line of work because she loves helping individuals find positions that they are really interested in and being there for them during such a monumental time. Grace would tell any job seeker that although the job hunt can be tricky, presenting themselves authentically always sets you up for success. When Grace looks for candidates, she notices a clear and concise resume, a fresh energy, and a willingness to jump in and get to work. Outside of work Grace is a huge bookworm and enjoys exploring the incredible libraries of the Bay Area.
