Haley Williams

Haley Williams has always had a passion for making a positive impact. As a natural people person, Haley gravitated towards recruiting because it gives her the opportunity to connect with new people every day. Haley’s favorite part of her work is getting to help people achieve their career goals and her best advice for any job seeker is to be consistent, be confident, and to always treat your interviews as learning experiences. In her recruiting, Haley looks for strong communication, reliability, and positivity in her candidates. Before joining the team at Career Group, Haley worked in education and holds a degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work you can find her trying restaurants in her neighborhood, spending time with her friends, and cooking.
