Hayley Asharin

Hayley Asharin is an Account Manager for the Fourth Floor team in New York. She attended High Point University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and completed three internships in various companies’ HR departments. Prior to joining the fashion recruiting team at Fourth Floor, Hayley was working in marketing for a Beauty Brand. She was drawn to recruiting because of her love of helping people and building genuine relationships. In her current role, she enjoys nothing more than calling a candidate and letting them know they landed their dream job. Her advice to job seekers is to network and build connections; it’s a great way to find unexpected opportunities. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys going to Barre classes and trying out new recipes.
