Hayley Faber

Hayley Faber began her journey with recruiting in law, where she recruiting for multiple firms. Now, as a Recruiting Associate at Career Group, Hayley is passionate about being the liaison between her exceptional candidates and incredible opportunities. She recommends all job seekers aim to make strong first impressions and seeks out candidates who are diligent, positive, and high achievers. Hayley attended Rowan University where she studied pre-law and outside of work she enjoys reading, yoga, and cooking.
