Jenna Ciavara

Jenna Ciavara discovered her passion for recruiting while working in the Human Resources space. Beginning her career in Hospitality and People & Culture, Jenna has always had a love for working with people and getting to learn about different backgrounds. Her best advice for job seekers is be adaptable and to learn how to understand and anticipate the needs of a company. She seeks out candidates who are eager about their work, persistent about their search, and have a positive mindset. Before joining the team at Career Group Companies, Jenna attended CUNY Hunter College in New York City and studied Women & Gender Studies. She has a professional background in the Hospitality and Professional Services spaces, and when she’s not working you can find her spending time outdoors and taking her dog for long walks.
