Jennica So joined Career Group Companies as a Front Office Coordinator, where she gained valuable insight into the recruiting industry and developed a passion for building meaningful relationships with job seekers. Now a recruiter, she loves connecting with people and helping them achieve their career goals. She believes perseverance is key in any job search and seeks candidates who demonstrate passion, strong work ethic, and consistency. Jennica earned her degree in Sociology from Chico State University. Before joining CGC, she interned at a non-profit organization and worked as a barista at her family’s coffee shop. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, hanging out with her dog, and traveling to new places.
