John Espenschied began his journey in the recruiting industry through consulting on tech stacks. Before joining CG Search as a Business Development Associate, John tailored his expertise in this dynamic field through a career in tech sales with a focus in job boards and recruiting. John’s favorite part about his work is getting to connect hiring managers to outstanding candidates. His best tip for any job seeker is to invest in their networks – he encourages all job seekers to reach out to recruiters. John holds a degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio and outside of work enjoys running, meditation, and spending time with his dog, Luna.
