Keelan Mullane-Fay began their journey as a recruiter in the tech industry after discovering a passion for helping others in their careers. Her favorite part of her job is getting to connect with people and the excitement that comes when a placement is made. Their best advice for job seekers is to go into the job search with confidence. Before joining Career Group Search, Keelan graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and outside of work she enjoys traveling, cooking, and going skiing.
