Marina is a perfectionist with a passion for matchmaking. At the start of her career, she worked in corporate events and retail management within the luxury fashion sector before transitioning into her recruiting career. Marina has grown significantly from her start at CGC and now as the Managing Director at Fourth Floor, she has built incredible relationships with her clients and enjoys finding exceptional talent for each position that comes across her desk. She has a love for the business and it shows in her day-to-day work.
