With a strong background in fashion and recruiting, Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising from the University of Kentucky. After beginning her career as a Senior Account Executive in the fashion world and later as a campus recruiter for a leading fashion brand, Molly joined Career Group in 2013. She’s passionate about creating true partnerships with both candidates and clients, always aiming for exceptional, long-lasting results.
