Paris Pedrampour

Paris Pedrampour has always found strength in her ability to communicate and collaborate with others, which naturally led her to pursue a career in recruiting. Her favorite part of what she does is getting to build unique relationships with the individuals she meets on a daily basis. Her best piece of advice for job seekers is to never settle when it comes to your career. Paris believes happiness at work is critical and loves getting to help her candidates find roles where they are truly fulfilled. She looks for professionalism, commitment, and strength in communication in her candidates. Before joining Career Group as a Recruiting Coordinator, Paris studied communication at California State University Northridge and worked as an executive assistant for a real estate agent. Outside of work, Paris enjoys painting, watching reality TV, and spending time in the sun.
