Samantha Lach

Samantha Lach is an Account Executive on the Fourth Floor Team in New York. Prior to joining Fourth Floor, she worked with brands across several industries, ranging from fashion to tech, and delivered support across partnerships, marketing, account management, and strategic planning. Her 10+ years of experience in business development made for an easy transition to a career in recruiting. Samantha studied Psychology at the University of Concordia and loves connecting with people from all walks of life. In her current role, she enjoys being able to assist both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Samantha can be found spending time with her baby girl and volunteering at the Lower East Side Girls Club.
