Samantha Massoni

Samantha Massoni loves being a recruiter because every day is different. She enjoys getting to work with both clients and candidates and loves the feeling when a placement is made. Her best piece of advice for a job seeker is to be open minded and know your non-negotiables. She looks for candidates who are positive and have strong communication skills. Before joining the team at Career Group, Samantha attended Indiana University at Bloomington and worked in Operations and Human Resources. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, gardening, and reading.
