Sania Aziz is a Recruiter on the Syndicatebleu team in New York. With a background in Human Resources and Psychology, Sania excels in the people-first business of recruiting. While studying Psychology at Queens College, Sania began working as an HR Assistant catering to New York’s restaurant industry. She then went on to work at a major market research agency as a People Coordinator, working closely with People Management and Talent Acquisition teams. It was there that she first became drawn to recruitment and realized it was something she wanted to build her career in. In her current role as a Recruiting Associate, Sania loves helping candidates to find opportunities they didn’t know existed. As a recruiter, Sania enjoys the match-making puzzle of finding the right candidate who can marry technical and interpersonal skills with the perfect culture fit. Outside of work you can find Sania baking, traveling, or shopping at Target!
