Shamaria Martinez

Shamaria Martinez has always loved working with people and building relationships. Combining her love for people with the fashion and beauty space, Shamaria loves working on the team at Fourth Floor. Her favorite part of what she does is getting to develop real relationships with her clients and act as a consultant to their organizational needs. Her best advice to any job seeker is to be persistent: although the job search can be difficult, she believes you will always find the right fit through perseverance. Shamaria holds a degree in Psychology from UC Riverside and prior to joining the team at Career Group Companies, Shamaria worked in recruiting in the life sciences space. Outside of work, Shamaria enjoys reading, writing, and going out to dinner with her friends.
