Shelby Hopper is an Account Executive on the Fourth Floor team in Los Angeles. She attended Arizona State University for Tourism Development and Management. After she gained experience in the PR industry as a PR Coordinator, Shelby connected with Fourth Floor and immediately became interested in recruitment.
