Thomas Bouregy

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Tom Bouregy attended Rowan University where he studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Syndicatebleu in 2018, Tom worked in Digital Advertising on both the consumer and B2B side. In his role now, as Director of Recruitment & Client Partnerships, Tom excels at creating strong relationships with clients to understand their exact, and niche needs in order to successfully execute hiring and growth plans. As an extension of client’s HR team, Tom enjoys getting into the weeds of each search to understand how best to identify, pitch, and provide top talent to hiring managers. Outside of work you can find Tom at the beach, golfing, fishing, and snowboarding.
