The Challenge of High Volume Recruiting

Since 2019, we have maintained a successful On-Site Partnership with a global fashion brand, managed by our Director of On-Site Partnerships, Neil McGiffin. This client is a large and nuanced organization, with over 3,000 global employees and two affiliated sub-brands. Given the high-volume of freelance talent within the brand, their team approached us to form an On-Site Partnership Program with the goal of streamlining their hiring process and cutting down on redundant administrative efforts for their internal HR team.

Our Unique, Customized Solution

To understand our client's onboarding process inside and out, a Fourth Floor team member worked on-site at the organization's office 3 days per week for 10 months. They went through the new hire onboarding process themselves and learned the brand's daily workflow so we would be able to orient all new hires in timekeeping, payroll, IT equipment management, and other HR-related tasks.

As this partnership grew, we hired three additional Scheduling Coordinators, reporting to Fourth Floor, to work on-site at the client's office and assist all temporary new hires within any department – creative, retail, operations, marketing, design, or fashion.

Fourth Floor has become a fully integrated hiring partner with this brand, complete with in-house email addresses in order to coordinate IT and Finance approvals on new hire equipment. As an exclusive talent partner, we have become true ambassadors to their brand and an extension of their hiring team.
