Office Coordinator / Receptionist
Our client is seeking a motivated and bright candidate to join their team as an Office Assistant. This position will support the team as well as the office at large, conducting core administrative duties as well as taking full ownership of office upkeep such as reception duties, vendor management, scheduling, and other helping with other tasks as needed! If you are a team player with experience in office/admin support in a professional, corporate environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Directs phone calls to appropriate staff or voicemail system
• Welcomes all clients and guests to the firm. Makes sure clients are comfortable.
• Day to day management of vendors, including building management
• Assisting office management functions of ordering supplies, making sure office
environment is clean and professional, and organized.
• Assisting onboarding for new hires/contractors
• Collect and sort all incoming mail and assist employees with outbound mail requests
• Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision and must be willing to work as a team player
Requirements:
• Strong interest in administration, operational management, and process improvement
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration
• An individual who can handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment
Salary Range: $55-60k DOE
