Director of Growth

Our client, a leading lifestyle/e-commerce brand is seeking a Director of Growth who is strategic, data-driven, and a creative leader. In this role you will develop strategy to drive traffic and sales across multiple channels, while managing a significant budget, leading a team and working closely with executive leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue profitably across various digital and social media channels.
  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of acquisition ad spend (e.g., budgeting, testing, etc.)
  • Conduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behavior
  • Support the marketing department and cross-functional teams with any ad hoc projects as needed
  • Identify process improvements and implement ways to improve
  • Build entire advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google
  • Analyze performance data to optimize growth opportunities


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition
  • working across paid media, specifically for YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta and other channels
  • Understanding and knowledge of MTA solutions
  • Proficiency with Excel, Data analytics, ShopifyPlus if you have ecommerce, influencer and affiliate marketing experience
