Floor Manager - Upscale Restaurant Group

Our client, an upscale restaurant group, is seeking a strong Floor Manager to join their team in West Hollywood! The successful candidate will ensure all front-facing areas are running smoothly and efficiently including staff management, customer service, and ensuring restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities: ‍

• Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling all FOH staff
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ensure that all servers, hosts, and bussers provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
• Handle guest inquiries
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure quality of food and service is consistent
• Manage budgets and track expenses
• Coordinate reservations and seating of guests
• Ensure stock levels are maintained, and any losses are accounted for
  

Qualifications:‍

• 2-4 years of experience managing a restaurant
• Business management
• Leadership skills
• Strong communication
• Organizational and tine management skills
• Customer service
