Marketing Manager

A wholesale jewelry manufacturer is seeking a temp-to-hire Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts that align with strategic growth goals and maintain brand identity. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive initiatives that elevate brand visibility and support sales efforts, in addition to collaborating with internal teams and vendors. The role also requires strong coordination in supporting sales initiatives and industry events, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s vision and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing content, including photography, videography, and graphic design,
  • Oversee the production of promotional materials such as brochures, sales presentations, and social media content that enhance the company’s image.
  • Engage with online communities to network, build relationships, and generate sales leads and explore additional digital networks to reach potential retail partners.
  • Organize and manage booth design and promotional materials for trade shows, ensuring the brand is prominently represented at events
  • Oversee both traditional and digital advertising campaigns, aligning efforts with budgetary limits and business objectives and developing brand awareness initiatives to increase visibility within the industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending on advertising, events, and creative projects.
  • Analyze the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts and propose improvements when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, advertising, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B space, ideally within jewelry or luxury goods.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, content creation, and trade show/event marketing.
  • Familiarity with online community engagement, including participation in industry-specific networks like IJO and RJO.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams like sales and creative.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
  • Familiarity with design and photography processes is preferred.
